Reception Space

Located directly on Saint-Laurent Boulevard, our reception space features a large glass façade that brings in abundant natural light and offers excellent street visibility.

The white walls of the room currently showcase Le Cirque, a boxed art collection by Jean-Paul Riopelle and Gilles Vigneault. This artistic installation can be removed upon request to better suit your event needs.

At the center of the space, a large multifunctional island is available to host a bar or catering service under optimal conditions. It includes a mini-refrigerator, a sink, and a dishwasher.

A projector is also installed, allowing for video or presentation projection on the wall behind the island. For your guests’ comfort, the space is equipped with a cloakroom and restrooms on the same level.

The venue is fully accessible for individuals with reduced mobility and is wheelchair-friendly. The reception area also provides direct access to Studio 1, allowing for two-part events or larger-scale gatherings.

Studio-1

Studio 1

Studio 1 is directly accessible from the reception area via an internal staircase or elevator, ensuring full accessibility for all guests.

It features an adjacent foyer, ideal for welcoming guests or creating a transition or lounge area. Studio 1 can be rented in combination with the reception space, including access to the cloakroom, to host a two-part event or to create distinct atmospheres.

A dedicated catering area is located nearby, with direct access via the loading dock, making deliveries and service setup simple and efficient.

The studio is surrounded by an overhead technical catwalk, offering multiple rigging points for lighting, audiovisual equipment, or aerial acrobatic installations. This versatile environment is particularly well-suited for artistic, immersive, or technically ambitious events.

Studio 2

Studio 2 is a spacious and bright venue, featuring large windows that flood the room with natural light. Blackout systems are available, making it easy to darken the space entirely if needed.

Fully accessible by elevator, the studio is equipped with all the essential amenities to ensure your guests' comfort: a cloakroom, restrooms on the same level, and a freight elevator to simplify technical setups and deliveries.

A fully equipped catering area is also available, featuring a refrigerator, dishwasher, industrial sink, and ice machine — providing all the essentials for professional and efficient service during your event.

At the entrance of the studio, an indoor mezzanine serves as a welcoming transition space — perfect for setting up a registration area or a friendly reception zone before guests enter the main room.

Orangerie

The Orangerie (6th Floor)

Located on the sixth floor of our building, the Orangerie is a bright and elegant space, perfect for events in a serene and inspiring setting.

With its large windows, the room is filled with natural light and offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere. An adjacent terrace extends the space outdoors, providing stunning views and an ideal setting for an open-air cocktail, coffee break, or summer reception.

The venue is easily accessible via elevator, and a freight elevator is also available to facilitate equipment transport and event logistics.
