Up on the invitation of the Mayor of Sorel-Tracy, Mr. Serge Péloquin, Danielle Roy, founder of RoyBox, and Patrick Léonard, co-founder of 7 Fingers.
Citizens, spectators, artists and technicians became an integral part of this piece depicted through a series of strong images, as well as circus, theatrical and musical moments. The city, the wharf, the nearby industries, the beach, the river and its coastline were all of the backdrops for this collective work involving 110 citizens.
An urban fable is written...
This is the story of Cherry Rose, a young girl with an overflowing imagination, transported to a fantastic world where nature appears before her eyes, emerging from a simple blank sheet of paper. On her journey, she will meet several dark, disturbing or marvelous characters all here to help her reach this fragile balance between humans and nature.
